Personal Fitness Training

Performance-based Functional Training

Interval and performance-based functional training with intensity promotes a lean, tight, toned physique, an upbeat attitude and energy to boot.  Teach your mind and body to communicate proficiently with training that challenges your system as a whole, across broad temporal and motor demands. Your body will respond quickly with gains in athleticism, cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.


Sport-specific Performance Training

Race ready. Game on. Whatever event or sport you are training for, performance training can help you raise your game to a new level.

Train smarter. Replace some of those miles you are riding or running each week with two performance-focused functional power workouts and watch your times get faster and more powerful.

Chrome Fit provides performance training across all sports – you play it, we can coach it. We research sport-specific training for your sport, so you get the training that will optimize your performance.


Functional Movement Screening

NASM-inspired, CST and FMS movement screens evaluate movement patterning. The results of this assessment series allow trainers to develop a plan to correct areas of issues with range of motion, stability, muscular imbalances and weakness, and movement pattern coordination.

A functional movement screen and corrective exercise plan can prevent injury, restore and improve proper function and allow for a holistic functional exercise plan.


Corrective Exercise

Corrective exercise is used to improve the function of your muscular and skeletal system  through an individualized arsenal of exercises that are used to promote healthy joint and muscle function. As function improves, exercise selection can expand and intensity can increase.

Improve neck function, shoulder and hip mobility, low back and core strength and coordination, hamstring, quad and calf flexiblity, torso rotation and more! Corrective exercise is perfect for desk jockeys, athletes and everyone in between!

Met Con

Metabolic Conditioning is a performance-based small group delivering high-level, full-body results through varied, interval-rich, power-centric programming.  Train with High Intensity Intervals Combined with 360 degrees of movement. Build physical strength and power, burn fat and develop a mind of steel!


Met Con Lite

Low Impact, High Return! A “LITE” version of our Metabolic Conditioning program, focusing on range of motion, core engagement and interval training.


Met Con Track

Take your MET CON outside!  Barbells + bumpers, jump ropes, sandbags, pull-ups, bleachers + more!


Kettlebell 101

Burn fat and build lean muscle quickly! Learn the basics of safe, effective kettlebell training, including the Swing, Goblet Squat, Turkish Get Up and Clean + Press. (required skills for Intermediate Kettlebells)


Intermediate Kettlebell

Develop strength, endurance and power through ballistic and “grind” exercises with the kettlebell.  Combine circuits, ladders and drills to get you in lifting, running, jumping, cycling or crime fighting shape! (Kettlebell 101 or trainer waiver required)


Mobility

A session dedicated to joint integrity. Strength and flexibility exercises work joints through their full range of motion to address muscular imbalances and joint pain. Feel good and move well again!


WellFit Rx

Chrome Fit teams up with you to optimize your total wellness so you can feel good and move again!

Through prescribed fitness training, develop improved metabolic and cardiovascular health.   This proven Rx exercise program helps prevent and treat diseases like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, heart disease and obesity.

Vinyasa “Flow” Yoga

Vinyasa is characterized by a series of postures that flow one-to-another and to create heat in the body, stimulating digestion, metabolism and a mind-body connection. The practice creates lean muscle mass, increased core strength and increased flexibility and as well as physical and mental endurance.


Nutritional Counseling

Fuel to perform. We offer nutritional counseling so that you get the most out of your workouts. Eat to get lean, improve your health and fitness and perform at your best. Nutritional guidance is individualized and is whole, real, organic food-centric. Herbivore and omnivore guidance is available.
